Luciana Lixandru
Accel London partner Luciana Lixandru joined the firm from Summit Partners in 2011. She’s helped get Accel into multi-billion-dollar startups Deliveroo and UiPath. Romania-born, Lixandru led the Series A round in Bucharest-founded UiPath in 2017; this year, the startup raised $568 million at a $7 billion valuation. Lixandru’s portfolio includes other startups with Eastern European roots, such as Lithuania-based e-commerce fashion company Vinted and online collaboration platform Miro, which was started in Perm, Russia. Lixandru also invested in the seed round of London-based cybersecurity startup Tessian, which raised a $42 million Series B in 2019.
